Bar Design Types
- Thimble Bar: A substructure (Titanium/Zirconia) with individual preparations for cementing single crowns. This offers the highest esthetics (“Rose Aesthetics”).
- Montreal / Hader Bar: Designs for clip-on overdentures or wrap-around acrylic hybrids.
- Monolithic Zirconia: Full contour designs with facial cut-back for pink porcelain layering.
Safety Parameters
- Cantilevers: Strictly calculated based on the A-P Spread (Anterior-Posterior) to prevent distal fractures.
- Intaglio Surface: Convex (ovoid) hygienic design to allow easy cleaning with Superfloss or Waterpik.
- Passive Fit: Cement gaps optimized for Multi-Unit Abutments (MUA) or direct-to-fixture interfaces.
