The Art of Digital Aesthetics.
Veneers are the most challenging restoration because there is nowhere to hide. A generic Dental Veneer Design often looks flat and lifeless. At China Dental Designer, we treat veneer cases as an art form.
Your dedicated aesthetic technician incorporates Digital Smile Design (DSD) principles to match the patient’s facial features. We create a smile that looks harmonious, not artificial, utilizing advanced libraries (like Knut Miller or Hero Collection) to mimic natural dentition.
Technical Engineering Specifications
We balance the fragility of ultra-thin ceramics with the need for milling stability:
Design Features
- Surface Texture: We apply micro-texture (perikymata) to mimic natural enamel light reflection, reducing your manual finishing time.
- Edge Reinforcement: Incisal edges are slightly reinforced (min 0.4mm) to prevent chipping during milling, easily thinned post-sintering.
- Cement Gap: Strictly controlled (typically 0.04mm) for seamless seating without cement lines.
Workflow Options
- 2D to 3D Alignment: Send us a 2D face photo, and we align the 3D design to the patient’s interpupillary line and lip curve.
- Diagnostic Wax-up: Digital wax-ups for patient approval (“Mock-up”) before final prep.
- Non-Prep (Laminates): Ultra-thin designs for additive cases (0.3mm).
Why Assign Veneers to a Remote Artist?
A 6-unit anterior case can take hours to perfect. By assigning this to your remote team at China Dental Designer, you gain access to expert designers who do nothing but aesthetics all day. We deliver files that require minimal finishing, allowing your ceramists to focus on the glaze and stain artistry.
Seamless Overnight Workflow
- Scan: Upload pre-op scans and prep scans. Face photos are highly recommended for best results.
- Style: Specify the desired look (e.g., “Square-Round,” “Dominant Centrals,” “Hollywood”).
- Receive: Download the high-definition STL file by 8:00 AM EST.
Try A Smile Makeover
Send us a 6-unit anterior case (Canine to Canine). We will show you what our texture and symmetry can do.
