A removable partial denture (RPD) fails if the “Path of Insertion” is miscalculated. Traditional hand-surveying is prone to error. With Dental Partial Design via CAD, we visualize the undercuts in 0.01mm increments.

Framework Design (RPD)
- Major Connectors: Anatomically shaped Lingual Bars (for hygiene) or Lingual Plates (for stability) based on floor depth.
- Clasp Assemblies: Designed for ideal reciprocation. We ensure the retentive arm engages the undercut while the bracing arm provides stability.
- Finish Lines: Distinct internal and external finish lines for clean acrylic junctions.
Flexible & PEEK
- Valplast/Flexible: We design the base with “fingers” extending into interproximal areas for retention without metal.
- PEEK Frameworks: Optimized thickness (min 1.5mm) for high-performance polymer milling, offering a lightweight, metal-free alternative.

- Receive: Download the STL file by 8:00 AM EST.
