- Cut-Back Depth: Uniform 1.2mm (standard) or customized to your specific porcelain shrinkage rate.
- Lingual Collar: Metal/Zirconia bands available for posterior strength and hygiene.
- Margin Reinforcement: 0.1mm – 0.2mm horizontal extension to prevent the Zirconia margin from chipping during green-state milling.
Material Optimization
- PFZ (Zirconia): Optimized with rounded internal angles to reduce stress concentrations.
- PFM (Metal/SLM): Designed with retention beads (optional) or smooth surface for bonding agents.
- Wax/PMMA: Optimized for pressing techniques (E.max Press).
